During the middle of January, we got the awesome opportunity to go "home" to WA for a two week vacation. Even better was the fact that David was able to secure a month long dermatology internship in his hometown which meant that we got to be home for a long six weeks. What a treat to be able to spend so much time with our families.
We are so grateful to our parents for letting us crash at their homes and for their willingness to feed us. We saved all of our grocery and most of our utilities costs for the month and a half which helped tremendously for starting out the year right.
BUT most of all, we are grateful for the memories made with cousins, uncles and aunties, and grandparents. What fun we had!

She is the single most joyful and contented baby I've ever known
And hello....SO cute!
Addi proved to be the best babysitter ever. She and Jack would disappear into Grammy and Grandad's bedroom and play in there by themselves for up to an hour at a time. Addi is such a careful little girl, if Jack got into anything naughty whatsoever, she would open the door and say, "Aunt Cami, I need you!" They had so much fun together!

He even placed pine cones around the yard and pulled Jack around on the sled so he could pick them up. FUN!

We are already looking forward to seeing our families again in a few months for Tim's Masters Graduation in May in Nashville and then to seeing both families in WA in June.
