Kiss It

So we don't forget:

Lately, when Jack gets hurt, Dave asks, " Do you want me to kiss it?"  And with that, Jack stops crying instantly and seems to believe that one magical kiss takes away every bit of pain.  What a great thing.

Although...

Some great things are only great in moderation.  Unfortunately, Jack has far exceeded his quotient of boo boo healing kisses.  Now, he fake cries, looks up at you with big doe eyes and says, "Kiss it" 20 times a day.  Uff da!

Once, at dinner, he accidentally bit down on his tongue while chewing his food and looked at David and (you guessed it) said, "Kiss it."

But the last straw came as he and I were driving home from church last Sunday.  He announced that he had a boogie in his nose and wouldn't let it go until I glanced back and saw that he did indeed have a boogie on the tip of his finger.  He reached it out to me and said, "Kiss it".  Are you kidding me!?!  What kind of circus do you think this is?  I just laughed and laughed and told him that it would be super gross to kiss his boogie.

What will the next phase bring?
